How to lose fat on your face

We all stand before the fat in different parts of the body: abdomen, legs, back, etc., but can keep one of the worst places to be the face of the excess fat. In view of the face first, what people remember, others first, can be a bit intimidating to look in the mirror and think about it, your cheeks are round, as they should. However, there are ways to lose fat on the face, and it begins with the composition of the body in general!
